Mobile-first quote, compare, and bind for the GCC insurance market.

Problem
GCC insurance is mostly broker-mediated, paper-heavy, and opaque on price. Customers comparison-shop across WhatsApp groups and walk-in agents.

Approach
React Native + Expo. Token-based design system shared between web admin and mobile. Core flows: instant quote, document capture (Vision Kit + on-device OCR), bind + payment, claims file, policy renewal. Bilingual EN/AR with full RTL.
