Insurance.
The challenge:A quote that takes days to bind is a customer already gone. In most of the GCC, insurance still runs broker-mediated and paper-heavy: documents travel by hand and WhatsApp, pricing stays opaque until someone gets back to you, and while the quote sits in an inbox the customer comparison-shops across WhatsApp groups and walk-in agents. The insurer never even sees the demand it lost, because none of it happened on a system the insurer owns.
Clouds builds digital quote and bind journeys for insurers: mobile-first apps where a customer gets an instant quote, compares covers, uploads documents, pays, and receives an issued policy in one session, in English and Arabic with full RTL.
The journey is the front half. Behind it sit policy servicing, claims filing and renewal in the same app, and the web admin console the insurer's own team works in, all built on one shared design system, so iOS, Android, and web move together instead of drifting apart.
✦ WHAT WE BUILD
Quote and bind journeys
- The full journey in one session: instant quote, cover comparison, document capture with on-device OCR, bind and payment, and policy issue, on the customer's phone.
Policy servicing
- The after-bind loop that keeps the customer in the app instead of back on the phone with a broker: claims filing and policy renewal, bilingual English and Arabic with full RTL.
The admin side
- A web admin console that shares a token-based design system with the mobile app, built on one React Native and Expo codebase for iOS and Android.

Proof in this sector
We are building exactly this journey right now, for a GCC fintech insurer: a 16 week build, currently in development. No launch theater and no borrowed screenshots; the case study below shows the problem, the approach, and the honest state of the work.

// STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Questions worth asking.
What does a project cost?
Every engagement is fixed-scope and fixed-price, quoted after a short brief. No hourly billing, no surprise change orders. If a budget can't reach a real outcome, we'll tell you before you spend.
How long does it take?
Most builds ship in 3 to 16 weeks depending on scope. You'll get a dated milestone plan in the proposal, and you see progress every week, not a black box until launch.
Do we own the code?
Yes. Repo, infrastructure, and deploy keys are handed over clean at the end. No lock-in, no platform tax, no holding your site hostage on a retainer.
What happens after launch?
You can take it fully in-house, or keep us on a monthly retainer for optimization, new work, and quarterly roadmap. Either way, the handover is documented so you're never stuck.
Do you work in Arabic?
Yes: genuinely bilingual EN/AR with proper RTL, not a translation plugin. We're based across Riyadh and Beirut and build for the GCC and beyond.
