Privacy Policy.

Last updated · June 2026

This policy explains how Clouds (“Clouds”, “we”, “us”), operating as byclouds.agency, collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit this website or contact us. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you and run our business.

Who we are

Clouds is a digital company operating across MENA and Africa, with offices in Beirut (Lebanon), Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), Dubai (UAE), and Lagos (Nigeria). For any privacy question, contact us at hello@byclouds.agency.

Information we collect

We only collect what you give us or what is needed to operate the site:

  • Contact details you submit (name, email, company, phone) when you use the contact form, WhatsApp, the concierge, or the waitlist.
  • The message or project brief you choose to share, including any budget range.
  • Marketing attribution data attached to your visit (e.g. referrer, UTM campaign tags, and ad click identifiers) so we know which channel you came from.
  • Basic, privacy-friendly usage analytics (aggregate page views and performance) that do not identify you individually.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not sell your personal data.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, scope a project, and provide our services.
  • To send you a confirmation or follow-up about your request.
  • To understand which marketing channels and campaigns bring qualified enquiries, and to improve the site.
  • To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) to measure aggregate traffic and performance. These do not use advertising cookies and do not build a personal profile of you. We store a small amount of attribution data in your browser’s local storage so that, if you contact us, we can tell which campaign referred you. You can clear this at any time via your browser settings.

We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic and which campaigns bring qualified enquiries. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data on Google’s infrastructure. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by clearing cookies in your browser.

If we later run paid advertising that requires additional tracking cookies, we will update this policy and request consent where the law requires it.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed: our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel), our website analytics provider (Google Analytics), our database and storage provider (Supabase), our transactional email provider (Resend), our team-notification tool (Slack), our real-time voice provider (LiveKit) if you use the voice demo, and messaging via WhatsApp when you choose to contact us there. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.

International transfers

Our providers may process data on servers outside your country. Where this happens, we rely on the providers’ safeguards and standard contractual protections to keep your data secure.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry and lead data for as long as needed to follow up and for our legitimate business records, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see below).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@byclouds.agency and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
