Problem
An editorial team needed a system that handled the entire publication lifecycle — drafting, review, AI-assisted SEO, multi-language, scheduled publishing, paywall, email automation — without stitching ten SaaS tools together.

Approach
Custom Next.js + Prisma headless platform with 100+ admin pages, 4-role auth, full content workflow (draft → review → approved → published → archived), and an integrated AI suite for SEO, content generation, and analytics.

Outcome
497 API routes. 41 dedicated AI endpoints. n8n workflow automation for legacy WordPress imports. Email campaigns + marketing automations live. Custom event/awards module shipped on top.
